Most of our smaller in-stock products can reach you within 3 days from reaching the NinjaVan delivery point. If the product you've ordered is out of stock, we can get a fresh product for you within 2 to 3 weeks.
My House Is 30 Years Old, Can I Still Convert Into A Smart Home?
Here at LifeSmart, we focused on developing our products to be "plug-and-play", which means, a home of any age can always be upgraded to be a smart home to a degree.
Does Your Smart Home Solution Requires Hacking & Rewiring?
Most of our products are simply "plug-and-play" which do not require any sort of constructive or electrical work to be done. However, we do have some devices such as our Moonstone Switch that do need some hacking and rewiring due to it needing a neutral wire.
Do You Provide Renovation Service?
We do provide renovation services both for your home and office space. Do contact us so we may understand how to service you as best as we can.
How Do I Recieve My Orders?
Our smaller products are mainly sent via NinjaVan, but if you purchased a package with installation, our technician will bring the products and any additional peripherals you have purchased
How Can I Save Energy With Smart Home?
With our motion sensors and door sensors, you can set your lights and cooling appliances to be automatically turned off when you leave a room. You can also set programmable routines or "scenes" to turn off certain appliances at a certain time, or when other environmental criteria are met.
Will I Need Extensive Reconstruction Work To Setup Your Smart Home Solutions?
Due to the simple nature of our solutions, fortunately, you will not be required to wait for extensive reconstructive work unless we mention beforehand.
Does Installation Comes Free of Charge With Every Purchases?
No. We have to charge a flat fee of $200 for installations.

Can I Connect Your Life Smart Solutions To Amazon Alexa?

Can I Connect Your Life Smart System To Apple HomeKit?

Can I Connect Your Life Smart Automation To Philip Hue Lights?
Only the LCT007 Model can be connected to the LifeSmart app via their BSB002 Bridge. The Phillips Hue light also cannot be controlled via voice or "scene" setting.

A wide variety of our products are "plug-and-play" so you can easily install any of these simpler devices. On the other hand, heavier-duty devices such as door locks and switches do require our technicians' expertise to install.
How Secure Is Life Smart System?
LifeSmart's system is largely rewiring-free meaning hardwire hacking is close to impossible and as for data theft and digital hacking, our data encryption system is on the same level as most banks.
What Happen When My Home Wifi Is Down?
LifeSmart's CoSS protocol overlays its own network on top of your wifi network, so even if your wifi goes down, you can still connect to our LifeSmart system.
What Happen When My Home Have A Power Trip?
We advise you to check with a qualified electrician to find the root cause of your power trip. In the meantime, your LifeSmart devices will not be available for connection.
